Since 1972 the company has been serving owners of long term property rentals on Maui. We manage approximately 250 long term property rentals and average a 97% occupancy rate.


The real estate sales division, PKR Realty, has four (4) real estate agents who can assist you with your real estate sales needs.


Our office is conveniently located in the Park Plaza Building in the Maui Research and Technology Park located in Kihei. We have long term rental properties from Lahaina to Makena, Central, North Shore and Upcountry Maui. Our staff works hard to deliver on our goal of providing owners and tenants with long term rental service with aloha!

For Property Owners – Our Pali Kai Rental team provides professional representation of your property to qualify tenants. All Tenants 18 and older must complete an application online which includes running a credit and criminal background check, verifying employment and past rental history. We deal with the complexities of Hawaii landlord/tenant law and stay current on these ever-changing laws to safeguard your property and rental income.

As an owner you can access information on your property through your owner portal located on our website. Approximately 80% of our current owners (and 95% of our new property owners in the past 4 years) have chosen to take advantage of our direct deposit of rental proceeds. With direct deposit there are no mail delays or the necessity to physically take the check to the bank for deposit.

For Tenants – We have long term property rentals including homes, condos and ohanas with prices to fit your budget. Prospective tenants can conveniently complete an application online by going to our home page and under vacancies choose the property you are interested in renting and click on “Apply Now”. We do suggest that you attend an open house of the property you are interested in renting prior to completing an application online. We prefer not to rent properties without your visiting the property first.

We provide payment options online through our tenant portal, where you can pay your rent with e-check or credit card. We also provide “coupons” which can be taken to an American Savings Bank location when paying your rent with a personal check or cash.

We have an Emergency Phone Line which can be used to reach us after normal business hours for property emergencies.
