We currently manage approximately 250 properties on Maui. Please visit our website at www.palikai.us which feeds our listings to over 30 rental websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Rent.com and more.

Our company works with long-term rentals, which are rentals for 6 months or more. We average 97% occupancy rate with the properties that we manage. Our management fee is 10% of the gross monthly rent with no contract start-up costs. We diligently work to comply with all state and federal laws relating to owner and tenant rights. We stay current on these ever-changing laws to safeguard your property and rental income.

Our goal is to provide you with the best service and manage your property(s) efficiently and effectively. We use a modern software program, AppFolio, which has many capabilities to help us in this effort.

• SCREEN FOR THE BEST TENANTS.Screenings can be completed in minutes which include standard background and credit checks along with past rent payment history-enabling us to place the highest quality tenants quickly.

• OWNERS WILL BE PAID FASTER AND MORE SECURELY.Owners can choose to have their rental income directly deposited via ACH payments to their checking or savings account.

• OWNERS HAVE ON-DEMAND ACCESS TO STATEMENTS/REPORTS.The “owner portal” allows owners secure access to cash flow reports and income statements as needed at any time seven days a week.

• TENANT PORTAL: COLLECT RENT FASTER ALLOWING ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS.Our “tenant portals” allow tenants to make online payments by E-check or credit card. The portal also allows them to place maintenance and repair requests and review their tenant ledgers.

• INSPECTIONS OF PROPERTY.We inspect the properties and take pictures both before and after tenants rent your property.
